TreeGirl has intertwined in the nude with over 70 species of trees in 13 countries, to date. As a self-portrait nude photographer, certified arborist, naturalist, conservation educator and forest ecotherapist, TreeGirl aims to bridge art with ecology and humans with wild nature. Using a remote control shutter release and tripod she travels around the world to learn from the forests first hand, and photograph herself, and others, in intimate connection with the trees of the world. 50 amazing species are showcased in her photography/natural history/ecopsychology hard cover coffee table book, "TreeGirl: Intimate Encounters with Wild Nature" – Recipient of the 2017 Nautilus Book Award for Photography. She also leads "You are Beautiful! You are Nature" immersive photo retreats for women around the world. TreeGirl's photography is an invitation for all humans to cultivate their own intimate relationships with wild nature.
